Supports parents in preparing their children for kindergarten by making quality early learning programs affordable and accessible; provides information about and helps families apply for Florida!s early learning programs; School Readiness (child care assistance) and Voluntary Prekindergarten services and upload documents to the family portal online.
Hours:
Lobby Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm *Kiosks close at 4:30 pm.
Intake Process:
Please call the ELC office at 727-400-4411 to schedule an eligibility appointment.
Families may use the self-service kiosk to upload documents on a limited basis.

No fee.

Eligibility:
Families with children of Pinellas County aged 0-5 for the School Readiness program and 4-5 year olds for Voluntary PreKindergarten (4 years old on or before September 1st of each year).
Complete the VPK Registration online at Florida!s Early Learning Family Portal: familyservices.floridaearlylearning.com
In order to register online, you must be able to upload the required documents individually (once submitted it will be processed within 10 days).
