Diabetes self-management education and support for all Veterans with diabetes. The diabetes education program consult has classes for Veterans with pre-diabetes and with diabetes.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Closed holidays.

Intake Process:

Please contact primary care provider, pharmacist, or nurse practitioner for a consult to the program.
