Medications for diabetes, epilepsy and rheumatic fever are available. The Health Department / Health Center also screens for diabetes, cholesterol, cancer and cardiovascular risk factors. Chronic disease screenings are provided at both our clinics

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Financial verification application must be completed prior to a physician's visit.

Fees are based on family income data obtained during a financial verification which must be completed prior to a physician's visit.
