Access to free chronic health care and mental health services for the uninsured, indigent & underserved non-elderly residents of Hernando County.
In addition, a Florida Access representative is also available to aid patients in understanding SNAP/ food stamps and assist with applications.

Hours:

Weekdays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm except Thursdays.

Intake Process:

Call or download our application services form and return your completed form in person or via mail. Upon receipt of application, the clinic will contact you by phone for an intake and eligibility interim appointment.
If you call after clinic hours, leave a message and staff will return your call within one business day.

Program Fees:

No fee; donations requested.

Languages:

English, Spanish.

Eligibility:

Individuals with chronic health conditions, dental issues, and mental health diagnosis can apply for services; adults ages 18 through 64.
