Description:

Deals with landlord issues such as refusing to fix property or remove mold, persons facing foreclosure of their home due to losing job or benefits, persons with a disability and need accomodations to make the apartment safe, persons being told they can't keep a service animal because pets are not allowed, persons living in a 55 or older community being forced to move because their disabled child lives with them, and persons believing they are not being allowed to rent and aprtment or mobile home because of race, age or having children or any similar issues.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Intake Process:

Go to website, click Request Assistance or call to find out if you qualify.
GLS is scheduling in-person appointments only if absolutely necessary.

Program Fees:

GLS exists to give everyone equal access to legal representation, regardless of their ability to pay.

Languages:

English, Spanish

Eligibility:

Low income, residents of Pinellas County.
