Free COVID-19 testing is available to community members of all ages, regardless of symptoms.

Hours:

Monday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm; Tuesday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Intake Process:

COVID-19 Testing is available for patients by appointment or as clinically needed at the discretion of the provider. The COVID-19 vaccine is available at select Premier Community HealthCare locations. To schedule an appointment, please call 352-437-1770

Program Fees:

Insurance is accepted and will be billed for vaccines.
Premier Community HealthCare is not charging patients for COVID-19 testing during the declared public health emergency.
