Description:

COVID-19 UPDATE: All employees working remotely.
- Helpline and Intake/Screening/Medicaid teams remain open during normal business hours. You can reach us at 1-800-963-5337 or 727-217-8111 for out of area callers. All walk-in services are suspended at this time. We are working to ensure ongoing continuity of services.
- Case management teams are continuing to coordinate & provide services wherever possible to individuals, but have put in place extra precautions to avoid the spread of the disease and are not conducting any home visits at this time.
- Nutrition providers have been working hard over the past two weeks to adjust their services. Home meal delivery is being completed with six feet of distance to protect the elder receiving the meal. Congregate dining sites are currently suspended but are actively working on alternative strategies to provide meals, including a drive through service and use of transport buses to deliver meals.
- Adult day care, senior center programming, and other community sites are largely suspended. We are working to figure how to best serve these seniors.
- All Outreach programming has been suspended at this time. Our SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders) Caregiver Support and Senior Victim Advocacy/Elder Abuse teams are available for support and assistance via telephone only. You can reach both programs via the Helpline number above.
- The Annual Luncheon scheduled for April 22nd has been postponed to later this year.
